  • BioVex® registered with the EPA? Yes, BioVex® is registered with the EPA (EPA reg. No. 9804-1) as Disinfectant, Virucidal, Bactericidal, and Tuberculocidal.


  • Does BioVex® leave a residue when it dries? No residual active compound is left behind so no rinsing is required. BioVex® is less corrosive and less caustic than most products on the market.

  • Does BioVex® stain? No, BioVex® does not stain.

  • How is BioVex® applied? BioVex® is diluted with tap water and then spray onto surfaces.


  • How does BioVex® work? The proprietary blend of Oxine / oxychloro chemistry of BioVex® provides disinfection by attacking the surfaces of microbes and breaking them down. It works immediately on contact, and remains working until dried.

  • How long does it take for BioVex® to dry after application? BioVex® can dry in as little as 15 minutes. We recommend waiting 15 to 30 minutes before returning to the area.

  • Will BioVex® leave an odor after application? BioVex® is an excellent deodorizer.

  • What type of training have your employees received? Our employees are trained in proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for their safety and to help eliminate any cross-contamination.
